Job Summary
Fresher Full-stack Test Engineer responsible for developing a strong understanding of domain knowledge and client testing processes to execute testing activities, collaborating with the project team in daily tasks and sprint demos, and developing, maintaining, and executing test cases and scripts. Will identify, report, and monitor defects, prepare and review test documentation for accuracy, address testing quality issues, and communicate test progress, results, and quality risks to internal teams and clients. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Software Engineering or related field, less than one year of experience, GPA 7.5+, and English proficiency. Practical experience or internship in software testing (manual and automation) and familiarity with Python/Java/JavaScript and testing tools (Selenium, Katalon, Playwright, Appium, JUnit) or API testing tools (Postman) is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 4th-year student or recent graduate with less than one year of experience
- GPA of 7.5+ (transcripts required)
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Minimum 3-month internship experience in software testing, automation testing, or a related field (a plus)
- Solid understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies (manual, automation, integration, unit, API)
- Programming skills in Python / Java / JavaScript or similar
- Familiarity with testing tools (Selenium, Katalon, Playwright, Appium, JUnit) and API testing tools (Postman)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
