Job Summary
Assist Buyers in all procurement aspects, including creating purchase orders, contacting vendors and brokers, and entering store orders into the system. Generate promotional documents in Excel, track purchase orders, and create daily reports for Buyers and Category Managers. Submit credit requests, bill manufacturers, and move daily store orders to support retail service levels. Communicate with the corporate traffic department and suppliers via email or phone. Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager or Buyers. This role supports Associated Wholesale Grocers, Inc., the nation's largest cooperative food wholesaler serving over 1,100 member companies across 33 states.
Required Qualifications
