Job Summary
Lead the Fresh Produce department at Coles Williamstown, reporting to the Store Manager. You will hold full accountability for day-to-day operations, drive a high-standard, engaging department, coach and develop the team, manage stock and quality controls, rostering, and waste, and foster a one-team culture focused on customer experience and community engagement.
