Job Summary
Design, production plan, and maintain equipment across automotive, industrial machinery, robotics, and energy systems projects using 2D/3D CAD and factory automation. Perform quality control and support major manufacturing sites throughout Japan. The company recruits overseas university graduates for the March 2027 intake, with applications opening in December 2025 for the 2025 or 2026 batches. Candidates must be 28 or younger and hold JLPT N2+ proficiency (or N3/N4 with a plan to achieve N2 by 2026). Monthly compensation ranges from ¥220,000 to ¥260,000, supplemented by annual bonuses, commuting allowances, and structured technical training programs.
