Job Summary
Fresh Grad Planner 1, Production Planning role focusing on planning and scheduling production through the full cycle. Responsibilities include creating schedules from loading forecasts, managing loading plans within capacity, coordinating production planning and fulfillment to meet backlog and shipments, daily monitoring of WIP to ensure timely close of work orders, handling past-due work orders to drive accurate MRP, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs (build plan execution, OTD, inventory management, cycle time, MLT), working with ECO/Quality/Rework processes, and producing regular KPI reports. Requires a BS/BA degree and strong communication, with knowledge of SAP, I2, Oracle, MES and proficiency in MS Office and data visualization.
