Job Summary
Lead and support the fresh food team while driving sales and maintaining high department standards. Manage stock ordering, control, and waste to ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP procedures. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and freshness. Train and develop team members to achieve department objectives, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure adequate staffing and effective daily department operations. This full-time role at SPAR Clancy Quay, Dublin 8, supports our commitment to delivering an exceptional fresh food experience for customers.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fresh food, deli, or retail management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
