Oversee kitchen safety and sanitation while assisting the Fresh Food Manager with task execution and team coaching on preparation and packaging. Manage food inventory, coordinate with suppliers to reduce waste, and handle pricing and promotions to meet profitability goals. Ensure stock remains fresh and adequate while adhering to proper food safety procedures. Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds is required.
