Job Summary
Fresh Cut Produce Clerk responsible for slicing, dicing, and packaging produce, checking for freshness, maintaining clean prep areas, creating attractive displays, assisting with inventory and restocking, and delivering customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented grocery environment. Must demonstrate knife skills and safety, food safety knowledge, ability to identify quality produce, and maintain cleanliness. Required Qualifications
- Food Prep Experience in grocery, food service, or produce prep preferred
- Knife Skills & Safety Awareness: comfortable using knives and prep tools with safety
- Freshness Standards: ability to identify quality produce and follow food safety guidelines
- Customer Service: friendly and helpful attitude with clear communication
- Multitasking & Time Management: able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
