Job Summary
Maintain outstanding guest service while preparing fresh fruits, vegetables, and salads for the cut fruit area. Ensure quality, freshness, and adequate quantity to meet expected sales, then generate sales and merchandise products. Comply with all food and workplace safety rules, implement correct preparation techniques, and operate equipment such as pallet jacks, knives, and scales. Uphold merchandising and cleanliness standards, assist in training peers, and deal tactfully with guests. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for an extended period
- Able to lift 40 pounds frequently
- Use of knives and other equipment
- Move and handle boxes of product throughout the store
- Ability to perform all functions as set forth
- Regular on-site attendance
