Job Summary
Maintain stock levels in the fresh cut department by observing sales floor and cooler conditions, producing, stocking, and replenishing products as needed. Execute the boomerang theory by delivering outstanding service to guests, assisting with product location, and resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction. Contribute to department cleanliness by organizing and sanitizing work areas, shelving, and sales floors. Monitor quality standards by maintaining accurate food safety logs and meeting quantity expectations by 10 am and 5 pm. Ensure regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule and provide adequate notice for occasional absences. Perform other duties as assigned while utilizing equipment such as power jacks and lift trucks. This part-time role supports Festival Foods' commitment to providing guests with exceptional service and value across Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand in place for long periods of time
- Work in a cooler
- Walk in the store
- Bend, stoop and kneel regularly
- Full range of upper body motion in order to lift product
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for prolonged periods of time
- Functional sensory abilities in order to visually monitor the store
- Create attractive displays
- Operate equipment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis
- Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule
- Adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
