Job Summary
Maintain appropriate stock levels in the fresh cut department by observing sales floor and cooler conditions, producing, stocking, and replenishing products as needed. Execute the boomerang theory by delivering outstanding service to all guests, assisting them with finding items, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Contribute to overall cleanliness by organizing and sanitizing work areas, shelving, and sales floors. Ensure all quality standards are met, including maintaining accurate food safety logs and meeting quantity expectations by 10 am and 5 pm. Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule is required, with adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
