Job Summary
Maintain appropriate stock levels in the fresh cut department by observing sales floor and cooler conditions, producing, stocking, and replenishing products as needed. Execute the boomerang theory by delivering outstanding service to all guests, assisting them with selections, and resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction. Contribute to overall cleanliness by organizing and sanitizing work areas, shelving, and sales floors. Ensure all quality standards are met, including maintaining accurate food safety logs and meeting quantity expectations by 10 am and 5 pm. Provide regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule and give adequate notice for occasional absences. This part-time role at Festival Foods' Green Bay North location supports our commitment to providing guests with exceptional service and value across Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand in place for long periods of time
- Work in a cooler
- Walk in the store
- Bend, stoop and kneel regularly
- Full range of upper body motion in order to lift product
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for prolonged periods of time
- Functional sensory abilities in order to visually monitor the store
- Create attractive displays
- Operate equipment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis
- Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule
- Adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
