Job Summary
In-hospital role performing same-day 15-minute newborn photoshoots, on-site editing in Adobe Lightroom Classic, and in-person sales of photo packages to families. Responsibilities include coordinating sessions, safely posing and handling newborns, minimal on-site editing, presenting and selling packages, and following a variable schedule (2–3 days/week with potential daily end around 6 PM). Requires a DSLR/mirrorless camera (18 MP+), a capable laptop, Lightroom Classic, reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 20 lbs, and willingness to obtain vaccination updates if needed. Part-time, on-site position in Lynchburg, VA with training and opportunities for growth; background check and drug screen required. Employment is at-will.
Required Qualifications
- DSLR or Mirrorless Camera with 18 MP or higher
- Laptop with at least 513 GB storage and 16 GB memory
- Adobe Lightroom Classic
- Vaccination records not required but willing to update
- Assistance with scheduling through preferred clinics if needed
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs of equipment
- Part-time availability: 2–3 days per week including at least one weekday and one weekend day
