Provide direct assistance to young and handicapped students to promote the safest, most efficient, and pleasurable environment while in route to and from school. Frequently assist physically challenged students as part of daily duties. Maintain a safe transport environment by communicating effectively with students while performing responsibilities. Work as a team member and serve as a role model. Requires the ability to talk, hear, walk, sit, and use hands while driving.
