French-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in French while providing accurate information and resolving telecom-related issues efficiently. Troubleshoot basic technical or service problems, document all interactions, and follow internal procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality. This role requires native or fluent French skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work on-site in Porto during rotational shifts from 07:00 to 19:00. Full training is provided for candidates joining this international team in the telecom sector.
