Job Summary
Manage customer inquiries and resolve support tickets for our international clients while speaking native French or at C2 level. Handle daily communication tasks during rotating shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, Monday through Saturday, in our on-site Porto office. Requires good English skills alongside native French fluency. EU citizens or valid Portuguese work permit holders only. Join a multicultural team with paid training, medical insurance after four months, and performance bonuses.
