Job Summary
Provide high-quality customer and technical support to clients in Lisbon, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and customers receive an excellent service experience. Fluently speak and write in French with a good level of English, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Prior customer service or technical support experience is a plus. This role includes an attractive salary package with two extra salaries per year plus a monthly performance bonus, private health insurance, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
