Job Summary
Answer customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online chats to support clients of Scalable Capital. Receive full, paid training to handle inquiries effectively. This role is based in an Athenian office with a 40-hour work week. Candidates must possess C1/C2 French and high-level English, hold a valid EU passport, and be willing to relocate or already reside in Greece. A relocation package covers flights, transfers, and accommodation support.
Required Qualifications
- C1/C2 level of French, both written and verbal
- high level of English
- native language and nationality clearly listed in C.V. and/or Cover Letter
- valid EU passport
- living in Greece or willing to relocate there
