Job Summary
Answer customer enquiries remotely via telephone, email, and online chats on behalf of Miele. Deliver support using a C1/C2 level of French (written and verbal) alongside a high level of English. Maintain a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule with full training provided upon hire.
