Job Summary
Assist users with technical queries related to a global search engine platform via chat, email, or phone. Provide clear, friendly, and solution-oriented support while navigating a fast-paced environment. Actively implement feedback to continuously level up your skills. Fluency in French, Italian, German, or Dutch is required alongside strong communication abilities and empathy for the user experience. Work Monday through Friday from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM with Saturday and Sunday shifts running from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, including two rotational days off per week. Required Qualifications
