Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer support in French via phone, email, and chat while troubleshooting issues and guiding users toward quick solutions. Assist customers with professionalism and empathy to maintain service quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Work on-site in Lisbon on a rotative schedule from Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 23:00, with two days off per week. Join an international team in one of Europe's vibrant cities, where you will live your best Mediterranean life while solving tricky problems for French-speaking clients.
Required Qualifications
- C2-level French
- Good command of English (B2+)
- Valid EU ID, Residence Card, or Manifestação de Interesse
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
