Job Summary
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat while delivering accurate product information and effective solutions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality across Portugal, Spain, Greece, and Malta. Fluency in English and a European language is required, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. EU citizenship or a valid work/residency permit for one of the listed locations is necessary.
