French II Teacher, Upward Bound Program

Job Summary
Conduct supplemental instruction and support in advanced French I and introductory French II concepts for a small group of high school students through structured class periods. Help students strengthen existing language skills while introducing advanced vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, listening, and conversational abilities. Deliver one 50-minute class period each Thursday evening from 6:30 P.M. to 8:20 P.M. during the Fall 2026 Upward Bound Program, which runs from September 24th through December 10th. This part-time, temporary role supports career exploration and college preparation for students within the federally funded TRIO Program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in French, Education, and/or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with high school students
- Experience in a college-preparatory program
