Job Summary
Audit Data Labeling Associate outputs and provide structured, actionable feedback to ensure accuracy and consistency across teams. Act as the first line of support by answering questions, interpreting guidelines, and helping associates navigate ambiguity. Monitor workflows, queues, and blockers to escalate risks to Team Leads while identifying patterns and edge cases in human and model outputs. Support onboarding through hands-on coaching and participate in calibrations and stakeholder syncs to refine guidelines and processes. This role bridges execution and quality for Welo Data's Human-in-the-Loop AI initiatives, requiring native French proficiency and a university degree.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level French proficiency
- University degree (Bachelor's or higher)
- 2–4 years of experience in data annotation, content quality, QA, or related fields
- Strong ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines with consistency
- Excellent attention to detail with a high bar for quality
- Ability to stay consistent while working with evolving guidelines and priorities
- Experience in AI/ML data workflows or human-in-the-loop evaluation environments
- Prior experience auditing or reviewing the work of others
- Familiarity with safety, compliance, or policy-driven content evaluation
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
- Must be located in or able to commute to New York City, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or Burlingame
- Must be able to work onsite (100% onsite position)
