Job Summary
Provide professional and empathetic support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting technical and service-related issues while adhering to brand-specific guidelines. Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems and escalate complex cases to internal teams as necessary. Maintain a high standard of service in a fast-paced, rotating-shift environment. This role offers a monthly gross salary of 1200-1500 with an additional performance bonus up to 300. Applicants must already have the right to work in Greece, as visa sponsorship is not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Native or near-native level of French
- Good command of English (B2+)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rotating-shift environment
