Assist Bouygues Telecom customers via phone and digital channels by resolving subscription inquiries, billing questions, and technical connectivity issues. Deliver personalized support to enhance the customer experience while adhering to rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday between 7 AM and 7 PM. Candidates must reside in the Porto Metropolitan Area and pass language and logic assessments. Required Qualifications
- Native or Strong C2 level in French
- Currently reside in the Porto area
