Job Summary
Support French-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat by answering questions, solving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Communicate with internal teams in English (B2 level) while following simple processes with full training provided. Join our growing team in Tavros, Athens, starting March 16, 2026, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and relocation support including accommodation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent French (C1/C2)
- English B2 or higher
