French-speaking Customer Experience Agent responsible for handling inbound/outbound queries across phone, email, WhatsApp, webchat, and social media; resolve complaints with empathy; support customers during the buying process and help overcome objections; contribute to growth targets and maintain high-quality, timely, and clear communication; collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey and continuously improve processes; strong emphasis on multi-channel support, CRM usage, and KPI achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, contact centres, or sales environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English
- Strong problem-solving skills and empathy
- Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple digital channels
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound queries and support buying processes
- Ability to meet and exceed KPIs for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
