Job Summary
Respond to and record consumer enquiries via phone lines, maintaining accurate data input in the customer services database. Troubleshoot common problems using open questions, support documents, and system training while offering recommendations for frequently asked questions. Ensure client complaints are logged in line with the company's escalation policy and resolve all support calls and emails within agreed SLAs. This role requires fluent French and English (B1/B2) with a writing speed of 25 words per minute. Starting dates are March and April, with a schedule of 40 hours per week in shifts. Relocation support includes travel tickets, initial hotel accommodation, and assistance finding long-term housing.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of fluent French & English (B1/B2)
- Writing Speed: 25 words per minute
- Starting dates: March & April
- Initial Contract: 6/12 months (renewable)
- Working hours in shifts, 8 hours per day/5days = 40 Hours per week
- To respond and record consumer enquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers
- To maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
- To ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company's complaints escalation policy
- To ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately
- To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training
- To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
