Handle consumer enquiries via phone lines, recording questions and maintaining accurate data input on the customer services database. Troubleshoot common problems using open questions, support documents, and system training to offer recommendations. Ensure client complaints are logged per the escalation policy and resolve all support calls and emails within agreed SLAs. Starting dates are March and April with a 40-hour work week in shifts. The role includes a relocation package for on-site candidates, covering travel, initial hotel accommodation, and assistance finding local housing.
