Respond to and record consumer enquiries via phone lines, maintaining accurate data input in the customer services database. Troubleshoot common problems using open questions, support documents, and system training to offer recommendations for frequently asked questions. Ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged according to the company's escalation policy, while answering and resolving all support calls and emails within agreed SLAs. Work in shifts totaling 40 hours per week with a starting date in March or April. This role is part of a team dedicated to supporting customer success from day one.
