Respond to and record consumer enquiries via phone lines, maintaining accurate data input on the customer services database. Troubleshoot common problems using open questions, support documents, and system training to offer recommendations. Ensure client complaints are logged according to the company's escalation policy and resolve all support calls and emails within agreed SLAs. Starting dates are March or April with a 40-hour week split into shifts. The role includes a performance bonus, paid travel expenses, and initial accommodation assistance for relocating candidates.
