Respond to and record consumer enquiries via phone lines, maintaining accurate data input on the customer services database. Troubleshoot common problems using open questions, support documents, and system training to offer recommendations for frequently asked questions. Ensure client complaints are logged in line with the company's escalation policy and resolve all support calls and emails within agreed SLAs. This role requires fluent French and English (B1/B2) with a writing speed of 25 words per minute. Starting dates are March and April, with a salary of 1045 plus performance bonus and 40-hour shift work. Relocation support includes travel tickets, initial hotel accommodation, and assistance with apartment hunting.
