Respond to and record consumer enquiries via phone lines, maintaining accurate data input on the customer services database. Troubleshoot common problems using open questions, support documents, and system training while offering recommendations for frequently asked questions. Ensure client complaints are logged in line with the company's escalation policy and resolve all support calls and emails within agreed SLAs. This role involves working in shifts for 40 hours per week with a 6/12-month initial contract. Relocation support includes travel tickets, airport transfer, up to two weeks of hotel accommodation, and assistance finding local housing.
