Job Summary
French–English bilingual Customer Support Specialist to support a global children’s entertainment company delivering screen-free audio experiences. Provide high-quality customer support across email and chat in English and French, handling product information, orders, account questions, and basic troubleshooting. Meet KPIs defined by the Customer Happiness Manager; collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues; gather customer insights to improve product experience; navigate CRM/ticketing systems; support additional tasks as assigned. Experience required: 1+ year in customer service; fluent French and English; Zendesk or similar tools a plus. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role
- Fluent French and English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support tools is an advantage
