French and English Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM)

Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as the go-to point of contact for onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction. Conduct regular check-ins and support calls to help clients articulate goals and match them with appropriate product features. Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to support upsell and renewal conversations by identifying value points and usage insights. Assist in developing customer success plans and onboarding documentation while tracking product usage data to recommend solutions. Capture client feedback internally to improve product offerings and maintain CRM and customer health dashboards accurately. Work closely with Support, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to relay insights and create educational resources based on customer challenges. This entry-level role requires relocation to Greece for on-site work and involves a foundational understanding of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Required Qualifications
- Native or near-native level of French
- Advanced level of English
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, inside sales, support, or account coordination
- Basic understanding of the B2B sales process and customer lifecycle stages
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new software tools quickly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to evolving customer needs with a positive attitude
- Relocation to Greece
- On-site work location
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred
- Exposure to SaaS, CRM platforms (like Salesforce), or customer engagement tools is a plus
- Comfortable presenting information to clients or small groups
