Job Summary
Reconnect with former customers and restore their activity by managing client portfolios and driving business growth. Execute strategic plans to expand account value, meet sales objectives, and uncover new opportunities within B2B marketing environments. Communicate via phone, email, and virtual meetings to provide tailored solutions and guide clients in turning objectives into actionable strategies. Serve as the main point of contact for effective support while staying informed on product updates and industry trends. Work Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 19:00, with on-site requirements on Wednesday and Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or outsourcing environments
- Ability to apply value-based selling techniques in a dynamic setting
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Authorized to work in Bulgaria
Desired Qualifications
- Background in marketing is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
