Job Summary
Oversee front-end operations and sales associates while acting as manager on duty, ensuring associates deliver exceptional customer service and meet CSAT goals. Manage store cleanliness, safety, and merchandising by unloading trucks, staging inventory, and maintaining stock rooms. Lead training and coaching for all associates, develop staff skills, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures. Drive key metrics including sales, expense control, and ADS while handling cash management, payroll assistance, and register functions. Adhere to corporate communications and react to store issues as directed by the Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must be able to reach heights of 5-10 feet
- Must be able to ascend/descend ladders
- Must be able to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Ability to communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face-to-face
- Ability to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
