Job Summary
Manage day-to-day freight operations for Ocean, Land, and Air Freight logistics, obtaining quotes for Courier, Air, Truck, and Ocean services for inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure compliance with Canadian Export Reporting System (CERS) and GDP regulations while coordinating with domestic and international carriers. Resolve operational conflicts and liaise with regulatory authorities to maintain seamless coordination between customers and the business. Provide excellent customer service and sales support, assisting senior management in overseeing all aspects of the business. Work onsite in Karachi from 6 PM to 2 AM PST, Monday through Friday, with a requirement of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
Required Qualifications
- 3 5 Years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience in Ocean, Land, and Air Freight operations
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and sales experience
- Location: Karachi
- Working Hours: 6 PM to 2 AM (PST)
- Days: Monday-Friday
