Freight Forwarder Ocean Import

Freight Forwarder Ocean Import responsible for managing the importation of goods by ocean, including customs clearance, carrier booking, and delivery to the final destination. Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery; track shipments and provide updates to customers; prepare and submit required documentation for customs clearance (invoices, bills of lading, etc.); ensure compliance with customs and trade laws; manage relationships with customers and provide exceptional service. Fluency in English; proficiency with logistics software and MS Office; strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. At-will employment with pay range $22.50–$26.50 per hour, annualized to $46,800–$55,120 depending on experience and location.
