Coordinate air export shipments from the gateway facility, including booking cargo space, arranging pick-ups, and coordinating with carriers and airlines. Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements; prepare air waybills, invoices, packing lists, and import licenses; verify documentation for customs clearance and cargo acceptance; facilitate export declarations and permits; monitor shipment progress and provide client updates; liaise with freight carriers, ground handlers, and brokers; negotiate rates to optimize service quality and cost; maintain data accuracy and perform quality checks on packaging and paperwork; identify opportunities for process improvements in air import/export operations.
