Job Summary
Freight Forwarder for Air Import in Aerospace to coordinate air export/import shipments, prepare required documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) for customs clearance, track shipments, and communicate updates to customers. Responsibilities include scheduling with airlines, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing relationships with customers and service providers, and collaborating with logistics, finance, and operations. Requires knowledge of air freight logistics, customs regulations, strong organizational and communication skills, English fluency, and experience with logistics software and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of trade laws and regulations
- Experience with logistics software and systems
