Freight Forwarder (Air Export) coordinates the export of goods by air, manages scheduling with airlines, and handles documentation for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading). The role tracks shipments, provides updates to customers, and collaborates with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely, compliant service. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with knowledge of air freight logistics and applicable trade regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software is preferred; multilingual abilities are a plus. Location: Torrance, CA; full-time role with hourly pay range $22.50-$30.50 depending on experience and location.
