Job Summary
Freight Flow Associate responsible for forklift-operated material handling, inventory flow, and merchandising within a Walmart/Sam's Club environment. Duties include safely lifting, moving, and positioning merchandise pallets; receiving stock from distribution centers; organizing inventory; ensuring proper shelving, zoning, and display of products; assisting customers with technology services and purchase decisions; processing club pickup orders; performing safety checks, sanitization, and regulatory compliance; and participating in shrink-reduction efforts. Requires forklift certification, ability to operate pallet jacks, strong attention to safety and accuracy, and customer-service orientation. Required Qualifications
- 90 days of prior forklift experience
- Forklift Certification
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer Service Experience (preferred)
