Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in freight brokering or dispatching
- In-depth knowledge of the trucking industry, including DOT regulations
- Familiarity with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
- Strong understanding of various semi-trailer types
- Knowledge of different types of freight and proper cargo securement methods
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient with TMS (Transportation Management Systems), load boards, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
