Job Summary
Maintain proper methods of product handling, case cutting, rotation, and display of merchandise while meeting productivity standards by achieving cases per man-hour. Fill shelves with correct items in the correct place to keep the store well-stocked, and help maintain an organized backroom for effective inventory. Provide outstanding guest service and follow all company policies, programs, and procedures. Weekend shifts are required, including Sundays as applicable. This role involves working in a retail environment with potential exposure to hot or cold conditions and the ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Weekend shifts required (Sundays as applicable)
- Ability to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion, eye, hand and foot coordination
- Ability to hear and respond to customer inquiries
- Ability to stand, walk and bend frequently
- Ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 30 pounds from location to location
