Job Summary
Freight Crew Associate on the graveyard shift responsible for unloading freight from trucks, breaking down mixed pallets, stocking shelves, facing products, cleaning aisles and back rooms, and assisting guests with product recommendations and service information. Must operate equipment (pallet jack, baler, trash compactor, box cutter, FM unit, cash register, etc.), follow safety procedures, participate in accident reduction plans, mentor new associates, and consistently promote guest service and company standards. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and perform tasks in a grocery environment with strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Meets the state minimum requirement to work baler and trash compactor
- Valid Driver's License or State I.D. Card
