Job Summary
Guarantee a smooth invoice checking and self-billing process for international automotive clients, including front-line carrier support, inquiries handling, and discrepancies resolution. Perform transportation cost analysis, report to internal/external stakeholders, identify trends and potential process improvements, and contribute to the further development of freight management processes across teams. Proficient in MS Office (Excel) with strong English communication skills; German language is a plus. Work in a dynamic, international environment with opportunities for professional growth and remote work flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field of study or apprenticeship with relevant experience
- Relevant practical experience in the financial or transportation sector with a focus on excellent customer service
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets to identify patterns and derive actionable insights
- Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel and good communication skills in English (German would be beneficial)
- Solution-oriented and detail-oriented worker with an ability to communicate effectively
