Job Summary
Compare and verify merchandise invoices against received items, check packing slips and transfer accuracy, and make FedEx labels for shipments sorted by transit time. Receive freight boxes and store transfers through the register, send alterations or special orders to guests, and process recalls and Return to Vendors weekly. Fold, hang, and steam merchandise for the sales floor, place Sensormatic tags, and maintain organized fixtures and stock. Ensure neat work areas, file non-errors, and report policy violations to management while adhering to store policies. Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. No prior experience required; must be 18 years or older.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
