Job Summary
Compare and verify merchandise invoices against received items, check packing slips, and make FedEx labels for shipments. Fold and pack merchandise into appropriate boxes, place Sensormatic tags, and hang or steam garments for the sales floor. Receive freight boxes and store transfers, process discrepancies, and maintain shipment-related paperwork while keeping supplies organized. Recognize security risks, handle recalls and RTVs weekly, and ensure a neat, clean work area. Engage in floor projects as needed and communicate policy violations to management.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom
